| Navutu Star’s guests are lodged in one of our nine individually crafted thatched roofs Bure, nestled along three bays, secluded in the lush tropical vegetation and swaying palms, creating a sense of unique privacy in an exclusive and timeless atmosphere.
The Bures are open plan, spacious and full of light, with a full wall of French doors opening on the decked veranda, which boasts spectacular views of the bay. In your seventy square meters of unlimited comfort, where the interiors are created with a fusion of Asian object d’art and fabric, you will find a open living room with wet bar, CD player, a collection of relaxing music and a selection of books. Obviously, according to the owners’philosophy, television and telephones are a big no-no! Room service is, nevertheless, available through a two-way radio system. |
All Bures feature bathrooms with double stone vanities and shower, the finest of linens, king-size latex mattresses and out door day beds where to indulge in lazy naps under the stars. In the two Garden Bures, the living area has been embellished, and its comforting atmosphere enhanced, by an oversized soaking tub, built with local green-blue lava rocks, facing the crystalline blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Daily changes of flowers, incense, aromatherapy candles and basket of fruits are all part of Navutu Stars’ treat.
| The main Veranda under the stars lit by lanterns and candles, a table in the intimacy of your private decking or on the beach and our Sunset Decking from where you can admire wonderful sceneries at Sunset and gaze at the Milky Way when it gets darker will be the idyllic setting for your dining experience.
On Sundays a “Lovo” feasts is held on the main Veranda, an occasion to meet your fellow guests and enjoy an authentic Fijian experience, with a bonanza of meets, fishes and vegetables cooked over burning stones buried underground. |
If the beauty of your surroundings and the slow rhythm of nature are too relaxing for your adventurous self, take the chance to explore one of the most uncontaminated and beautiful reefs of the world, by joining our daily changing snorkelling trip, our coral restoration dives, or by scuba diving in a nearby PADI certified centre.
